Process Control … Proven Capability

From Receiving Inspection (Yes we do that still!) through in-process and Final Inspection, our process in defined around one goal – Zero Defects to the Customer. In order to maintain process control, part and tool quality defined periodical checks must be taken seriously and completed by trained personnel who are focused on the task at hand. Whether it’s performing dock audits on the next days shipments , completing maintenance checks on production equipment or ensuring that the production environment is neat and organized, it is attention to detail that assures all processes are kept in control and remain capable of producing a quality product!
